Sony NEX-3 not dead yet, reports claimed. Sony Corporation recently clarified the rumors about ceasing production of this in-discussion notorious camera of the company.

The rumors were claiming that probably the production of NEX-3 has been stopped by the company in February in Japan. But the most recent clarification of Sony’s representative killed off the rumors recently.

Andreas Georghiades, who is recognized as the product manager of Sony NEX-3 camera, stated recently about the ceasing production rumors of this camera and told that these are only rumors because the company is not yet planning to end the production of NEX-3.

This in-discussion camera had been launched by Sony Corporation along with Sony NEX-5 in the previous year.

Sony NEX-3 camera along with Sony NEX-5 camera is offering the lenses that are known as interchangeable lenses in a small chassis along with APS-C sized sensor.

Georghiades was absolutely not happy the rumors about ending or ceasing of production of this product. The situation of this camera was slightly lost by the company in translation.

Although the production of Sony NEX-3 camera has been stopped by the company in Japan but it does not mean at all that the overall production of this in-discussion camera has been ceased or terminated by the company, stated by Georghiades.

Actually the production of any device is stopped by any company whenever it is found sufficient in the company stock and the same case is with NEX-3, stated by Georghiades.

The company is intending to introduce another product of the NEX line-up but the production of Sony NEX-3 camera is not dead yet, stated by Georghiades.
