Samsung announced its dimensions as 11.9 mm (depth), 78.2 mm (width) and 141.3 mm (height) and described that it has touch-sensitive controls functionality.

Samsung Galaxy S Wi-Fi 5.0 tablet features include 16M colors support on touchscreen of this tablet which belongs to LCD category but its display is pretty small as has only 5.0 inches display screen.

Galaxy S tablet also has optical trackpad functionality with multi-touch functionality in terms of on screen input. Galaxy S Wi-Fi tablet comes with 16 GB and with 8 GB storage capacity and also has a card slot of miscoSD category that may extend the above mentioned storage capacity to 32 GB.
