This suggestion is only in reference of most recent Microsoft’s statement and your choice may harm your PC or laptop because there is good chance that the software or program, which is being intended to be downloaded by an Internet surfer, is malicious.

Therefore a feature in Internet Explorer is also seen that actually warns its users to stay away from the potentially untrustworthy or you may say unknown software.
