iMacs, that have been unveiled by Apple Inc. in their official announcement of Tuesday morning, are being described as equipped with Thunderbolt I/O technology and quad-core processor, reports claimed.
This is being described as whole new range of the product known as iMac which is also equipped with enhanced graphics features, reports claimed.
Apple Inc. further detailed in their Tuesday morning’s announcement about iMacs that newly announced range of this product is much faster than the previous version as it would give nearly 70 percent faster results then its predecessor version, reports claimed.
Apple further detailed that the graphics of this new range of iMacs is also three times better as compare to the graphics of a year earlier version or range.
Brandishing processors of Intel Core i5 brand (that are also known as quad-core processors) are the part of new range of iMacs and they are also able to get upgraded with the Intel Core i7 processors which comes with maximum processing speed of 3.4 GHz, reports claimed.
The new range of this product is also seen equipped with graphics processors of AMD Radeon HD brand.
There are two sizes for iMacs’ new range that got announced or unveiled today morning by Apple i.e. 27-inch and 21.5-inch. The model of 21.5-inch is having one port of Thunderbolt while the model of 27-inch is having two ports of Thunderbolt technology.
It means the high performance of I/O is being focused by Apple Inc. to be delivered through the Thunderbolt technology as it is going to become a compulsory part of Apple’s products, reports claimed.
The 21.5-inch model of iMac will be equipped with 500GB hard drive as well as AMD Radeon HD 6750M processor and Intel Core i5 processor of 2.5 GHz.
