Google could receive government clearance to buy ITA Software on Friday, reports claimed.

Google Inc. is in intention to buy this well-popular airline fare tracker software named as ITA Software for months in result of a USD $700 million deal.

If the government clearance is granted this search leader on Internet, then Google Inc. may become the hub of online travel across the globe, reports claimed.

Though the discussion with government authorities of Google Inc. are still in process but it looks like Google Inc. is pretty close to finalize this deal as early as Friday with the Justice Department, reports claimed.

If Google’s negotiations with Justice Department resulted in its favor then ITA Software would be purchased by this search giant within a couple of weeks.

All Google need to get this deal done in its favor is to accept the terms and conditions set by government authorities to give protection to other same natured companies that exists in the travel industry, reports claimed.

These details disclosed to The Associated Press by a person close to this deal negotiations of Google Inc. with the government authorities but asked the anonymity.

Google Inc. which is a big name no doubt in the Internet world, now wants to expand its business with the usage of its wealth as well as influence that has been earned by Google Inc. from the Internet search related business over the years, reports claimed.
